Cooking**: per portion boil 1lt of water and 1/2 tsp salt, then stir in 100g pasta. Boil for 5 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute until it is 'al dente'. Drain and serve immediately.

This gluten free pasta is made with corn and rice flour. With a great taste and texture, it is the perfect gluten free alternative for all your favourite pasta dishes, suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

To cook: Bring to the boil a litre of salted water for every 100g of pasta. Carefully add the pasta, allowing 75g per person, and cook for 6 minutes stirring occasionally. Taste and continue to cook to your preference.

Spread in a greased baking pan a layer of lasagne and a first layer of very fluid béchamel or tomato sauce. Cover with lasagne and sauce and so on. Be sure that the upper layer of lasagne is completely covered with sauce and cheese. Place in a pre-heated oven of 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
