The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. From time to time the branding of the products is changed and there may be a delay in updating the website to display the new branding and we accept no liability in relation to this.
The ingredients, nutritional qualities, allergens and other specifications of the products may be subject to change and are not guaranteed by us. Please ensure that products are suitable for your dietary requirements by checking product labels on the items received.
From time to time the manufacturer may change the specifications of the products and there may be a delay in updating the website to display the changes.
Price of products and delivery charges
The prices of the products will be as quoted on our site at the time you submit your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Prices for our products may change from time to time.
The price of the products does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the check-out process before you confirm your order.
Please check your order carefully before confirming it.You are responsible for ensuring that your order is complete and that all details you provide are correct, including that your delivery details are correct and sufficiently clear to enable our delivery team to correctly identify the delivery premises.
Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the products to you.
If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to supply you with any of the products which you have ordered for any reason, we may send part of the order that we are able to fulfil and refund you for the products that we are not able to fulfil or at our discretion we may cancel the whole order and refund you for the costs of the Products and any delivery charges as soon as possible. Where we are unable to fulfil your order in full, we will endeavour to inform you.
Cancelling your order
We must be notified of cancellation of orders by giving at least 24 hours’ notice prior to dispatch. Non-stock Items that have been specially ordered cannot be cancelled.
Top Banana operates an island-wide delivery service for £3.95. After placing your order, we will contact you to advise of the next available delivery slot. Please ensure that someone will be in to receive your delivery or advise us of a safe place to leave your order. We cannot leave orders that contain chilled or frozen products.
You may collect your order from our shop, 51 Strand Street, Douglas, free of charge. We will contact you when your order is ready.
If products remain uncollected after one week, unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance, we reserve the right to charge you for the full value of these products.
We do not offer products on a sale or return basis and returns can only be made with prior approval from us. Any claim must be made within 2 days of delivery of your order. We cannot accept back products that require temperature control. Items to be returned must be in excellent condition, not opened and suitable for resale.
We only hold data relevant to our business which is name, address, phone number and email address.
These are only held for the purpose of deliveries, collections, notifying of stock levels and collection of payments.
We do not store any other personal details including any card details.
While we will do our very best to supply everything you order, we cannot guarantee the availability of all items.
We would like to remind all customers that prices on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
